and the best ac too.

i mean we are talking about usko here. sure in sexyko without minor cooldown a rogue will always win. no one doubts that but this is usko talk

shockstun had a really high rate... otherwise it would be better to do scream if it had a better rate since scream hits harder. but yeah, shockstun definitely has a way higher rate than legcut/scream.

most warriors do have scream /legcut on skill bars to use after shockstun fails or while its cooling down lol i wud go show you but dannys warrior came as decent build and he never switched. The only people that think it has a high rate are those who dont play warriors because they feel like it always works lol

i haven't played usko since being pretty dominant on girakon and ronark, but after a bunch of private servers I can tell you that it's tough for your average sin to go against any warrior.

I don't have a direct answer but I feel like you should evaluate this topic if the Rogue follows this strategy, because in my experience i believe the best way to win a 1v1 with a sin is the combo as follows:

(using E-skill, which i believe is the fastest combo)

eskrima> bloody, wait for the warrior/sin's hp pot > CP then spam all the hard hitters except for blinding, when your mana is down about 3-4k use blinding to have that 3 seconds of recovery (if it works), when he starts hitting you again; hp pot then minor; and hope you survive til cp starts up again, otherwise youuuu deadddddd
