Good things come to those who wait. Guild Beta is about to start within the next four weeks and we need updated information about your guild
In a previous e-Mail we were able to inform you that your guild has been selected for the upcoming Guild Beta phase of Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning’s closed beta. We were able to offer you 35 slots. How you choose to distribute your allocated slots is entirely up to you, but please be aware of the following restrictions:
* Anyone under the age of 18 is not eligible to participate.
* Anyone who is a member of the media or associated with the press in any way is not eligible to participate.
* Anyone who works for a game company or who is associated with the game industry in any manner is not eligible to participate.
* The system requirements to run the client are currently quite high. These are constantly changing and so it's not possible to give specifics but you should ensure that anyone who is invited has a reasonably high-powered computer.
You should be aware that we will strongly enforce the Non-Disclosure agreement and should one member of a guild break the agreement, then all members of that guild may lose their beta status. For this reason please take care to select individuals who you know to be trustworthy and who will not damage the reputation of your guild. On the other hand, guilds that perform particularly well and provide a lot of high quality feedback may be offered additional beta slots in the future.
We are inviting your guild to the English beta test only and will expect all of your members to play exclusively on the English test server.
To prepare the start we now have to ask you to update the following information we have about your guild and the people you wish to represent it:
* Size of your guild (approx)
*Number of members already in beta
*MMO games your guild is currently playing
*Guild website address
Then we will need the following information about each of the people that you wish to bring into the guild beta:
* Real Name
* Email Address (the one they registered with at
www.war-europe.com)
Please email this information until Wednesday, July 2nd, to xxxxx with the subject line “Guild Beta Info: Tiocfaidh Ar La”.
