legcut works alot when other warriors use it on me but for some reason my legcut 98% fails

There's a warrior who uses ROF's and he leg cuts me 100% of the time...

i heard intelligence also helps with leg cut/scream. dunno if its true or not. warriors with HB seem to get me most the time.

Its so unfair, mages stun rate is increased and its almost 100% and legcut stun rate is decreased by more than 35%, i remember before moradon i used to legcut more often than I do now <_<

Dualies, gigas and hb&#39;s seem to be 100%, then i do it with raptor and its like 50%...

And a lightning mage SHOULD stun most of the time. That&#39;s what theyre designed for... But when your not stunned they get fuked up pretty fast. But the ice rate is ridiculous..

legcut rate could be determined by either the damage inflicted, or, amount of curse resistance you have, then again it could be just the day you were created your just not that lucky

cant leg cut poeple who r speed scrolled.. can only legcut a rogue when he doesnt have light feet on
and legcut works on popele who r swifted.. just takes time before it is removed.. then u legswift again and it will work
