Nope... i used HB and i couldnt leg cut anyone... i have 10 Bonus Int from Glass belt and yet i still cant leg cut or Scream

i jst noticed, warriors that is lower lvls like 60-62, most have the higher % of legcut/scream on me...i even caught it up on video..non-stop legcuts and screams..

strange, i always though that it is level diff dependant.
Also i am pretty sure that you can be legcutted with speed pot on.
It might depend on luck. Sometimes i did legcut/scream like 99% of enemies
and sometimes i could forget about that skills. Even if they got icon on their's
screen corner that they got legcut, still they could run as if nothing. So probably
it is laag dependant in fact In duels on nonlagy server was legcut working
at very high success rate.

Damn, i would reskill some characters in this game like...
Warriors should have cure instead of legcut/scream, mages teleport to near position like in WoW but their stuns/slow shouldnt work like 100% as it is now. Priests and rogues are imho perfectly balanced characters in KO atm.

get a skeleton belt, 2h giga and foverins. That aughta do the trick for legcutting

Yeah they stick on me all the time too, and my GR is 105.

when i used lugias on my old dcz warrior its like 80% success for leg cut and with other weapons its far less

also in CZ and wars espically i noticed that the most warriors who r very low in lvls have more success in leg cutting me than high lvls warriors <_<

i get leg cutted by warriors who lvls below 55 i assume with glaves +7 at invasion <_<

ok what r we supposed to do? grab our ballz and speak some sort of magic words? what? is there some sort of morse code we have to type with leg-cut button on our skill bar? what what???

dunno if this shit still works.. but i know that turks used edited KO files, and when u leg cut, ice, scream the bastard, he just gain speed ..not slow down.. Also, they can cast some basic skill and have swift speed. I &#39;ve seenit when i pked with 2month ago ...hope they made character speed server-sided.
Legcut works 100% on ppl w/o swift, works on ppl with speed pot.. 0 to nothing % on turks..

Starting 2008 messing around in random topics... since when does dexterity affect warrior skills? It&#39;s an urban legend that it adds accuracy to your skills (who ever started spreading that rumour maybe played another MMORPG before).
I&#39;ve seen it more related with the elemental on the weapon, AC on the victim and resistances and if I&#39;m moving or not.

i.e. When I&#39;m running it&#39;s not common for me to get slowed by legcut or ice mage skills, if I&#39;m standing still it&#39;s almost 100% sure I&#39;ll get slowed.

On BDW all skills that slow down work like 100% of the times, in CZ its very different.
