WTF can some1 please help me

KO wont start... wen xtrap finishes loading the screen goes black and then that pops up and KO closes...
ive tried reinstalling KO that dont work

can some1 please help me

Disable your antivirus? I know I need to disable mine in order to play.

if i make my internet explorer offline i get further then it says."the game security module cannot update"


im so angry

disable the firewall not the internet explorer.

Clear the cache in IE and clear cookies.

Open a command line window and type

ipconfig /flushdns

twice, then do

nbtstat -RR

and try to log in. If that doesn't work, and you have an older or slow machine, defrag, repeat the above, and try again.

If you still can't get in, go here and run this virus scan, then try all the above again.

And if all that fails to get you in, update all your video and sound and motherboard drivers, then reinstall directX and try again.

If that doesn't get it, you are probably going to have to reinstall the game or reformat the machine and start over.
