The genie part is only a good thing in my opinion, ppl will reach 80 faster (or atleast easier), so they might start to actively PK faster.
However I don't know why NTTgame decided to create this new server, it will only have a negative effect on EUKO and the other USKO servers O.o
The result will just be more dead servers (the might be able to merge the older servers, not the newer ones).

Ah well we'll see how it turns out ^^

Btw offtopic: anyone recently bought EXP prem @ USKO?, it says 300% exp till 80 and on top of that u get the Exp flashes. Is this correct? O.o
In EUKO it's only 40% exp boost till 80 + exp flash (80%). Would be crazy fast exp if u get 300% + flashes (80%) + use of Genie/level jump.

I don't think they're going to allow level jumping on the new server, but eh, well, it's NTTGames, they're not too bright.
