    I have tested this item and the STR bonus that a IN +0 gives you does more damage then the necklace alone.

    If u search at ko4life u will find lot's of topic's like this.. This neck is a waste..As far as i know they wont bring the patch to use it out.. Long time ago they did trade that for an IN but now they won't do that.. So u can only keep it and beging new patch come out :P...
