mm i remember i couldn't use it...

i am not sure but that could be bcause u were scrolled, works only with buffs (like TS)

This skill are for comanders in Wars and Kings, and this work when u are scrolled or buffed , just delete ur sw and use it

Its called whipping and if you are commander it will be on your basic skill tab.
Just drag it up into you skill bar and use, as mentioned its like lightfeet for 20 mins.

can someone show the special commander skill displays thing where u would drag the Whipping skill to skill bar :wub:

it just add couple of skills in the first ( basic ) skill tab...
u have the 2 provoke thingys and whipping
