3 months ago I got hacked and tried sending a ticket so it wouldn't let me and went on the official forum and told them this and piongu said there is no item restorations so I didn't bother

and now im screwed over...I sent ticket now anyone think I can be able to get items back?

I have a similar sytuation. Have been hacked 6 days ago, I'm trying to send a ticket (not sure if premium is required - I don't have) but everytime a message appear saying:
"We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
The Ticket Submission page will be available as soon as we complete processing back-logged tickets.
Thank you for your patience."
So now just I hope they will take into consideration if I send them a ticket as soon as it will be avaliable.
Did anyone had this problem?

the same here, i didnt get a replay, i was hacekd on september, and sent a ticked, they say its under investigation, i was tired to wait, and i regeared again change name , all infos , etc, i didnt get restored :P
