it depends ALOT of you build

less then full plate build, go debuffer (low mana required)
chittin or shell build, go healer (high mana required)
or you can be debuffer too in a shell build ^_^

LOTS of HP, same ac the plate build, and sometimes fp build, cuz base hp gives you ac... the only problem is the low mana :P and you need to have ALL the weapon defense armors
