Transferring clan leadership?

Is it possible? I need to transfer the LEADER position from one char to another, how is this done?

For some reason there is an instance in which i think a GM was able to xfer leadership or smth.. but it's not really worth your hassle because KQ should be a fairly simple task to repeat, and with gbs being so ample, capes shouldn't be too much of a fortune

well if gm is able to do that it would take him few months to do it (lazy ass), so take his advice it would be wayyyy faster
