same happened to me, 2nd gold prem month, 2nd month without trina, i asked like 30 days a ago for the trina from september month, they said they had put it in my inventory, but trina was missing, i sent another ticket yesterday, about the trina from this month, that didnt arrive aswell, and about the past month trina, they sent me an automatic reply, so today i sent 14 cs tickets to them today saying "GIVE ME MY TRINAS, I PAID FOR THEM, U K2 BUNCH OF MONKEYS"..and still not reply from them...
