farming = treants or hobgoblins

treants = lots of armour enchants + a few bus

Hobs = +9's + bus/bes crap

charon is best to farm if u have haxxx

for money it is easy to farm skeleton warrior high class upgrade scroll

but best way is to farm glyphodonts or gavolts :P
