    answer To ur original question: No. I purchase items from Turkish players in diez. I save money, and they are more trust worthy than most english players. Blink, u just have to have the connections. Talk with top turkish clan members, and get to kno them, they will help you out.
    Most people here are trying to make more money than what the item cost, so buying from here is useless for me.
