A friend tried already to open "Europien KO" in germany, the answer he got is they don't give licenses anymore or something like that.

That's definatly true, I am sure with the right contacts and money just about anything can happen with m-games. If EU ko was to be launched.. I would definatly go as long as it's in english or spanish.

no clue, but each time they add a new server to USKO it's not "cheap" unless your a multi million $ company. The bandwidth to run the game woudl be huge, payment for the servers, staff, the amount they paid to remove all new english KO's adds up
