it has something to do with defenses in cz, it lowers a HUGE!! percentage of attack power towards you only in cz !! so pretty much you will be 1337 GG and hard to f-ing kill

its been posted before, it drops from ultima. And yes it was a chinese character selling it. They koxp ultima now..

apprently somone tried it and didnt notice any difference in dmg&#39;s caused or received
