no its not 100%

ive heard reports of it being 50% but ive also heard reports it being like 25% but I can garantee it isnt 100%

what is 100% is making it rebirth in the first place

nah i broke 7/12 rogue pauldron to +2 after reversed ..but made 7/12 priest chitin pads to +2
its about 40% :wacko:

Chances for upgrading a rebirth are supossely the same at each level , altough very low , at least in beta they were.
