just read what this window shows. ur IE blocking Adobe Software which isnt executed in "safe-modus". just use another browser like Firefox or change ur IE security settings and all should be fine.

looks like your norton is blocking adobe from updating and kok is using some type of adobe pdf file to display there info...

this is my guess kinda makes sense as most of the info they show is in table format
