what server is the best for a restart for north american player

Some of the things you marked as bugs appear highly desireable for usko to me. Just funny you had fun over a link concerning c-west-issues - while you made a list for euko yourself. You´d look better with a keyboard reduced to w-a-s-d and 1-8-keys at times, razor.

The absolute best nation for exping is humans. You will almost always find an exp party in EMC and in eslant. Human side downfall is that you will have a low success rate of entrance into bdws ( you will have to learn to watch the system clocks) As far as quest are concerned, there is more open functioning quest on human side at last check. So if your lvling a char, I say go human. If your buying cypher ring chars at full lvl. Either side you have friends on is up to you. Good Luck!

honestly usko is getting better but still euko> usko and if you go to usko never touch cwest its dead compared to every other server(like half the population if even that)
