What should i do ?

I changed email to my account and it figures like pending and i type right the email but validation never came. well i relog to web ko and re push on re-send validation it shows me he did re-send to my mail and i can verify it is correct, i did re-send like 10 times and check my email and validation nick never comes and i still waiting, so i proceed to submit ticket and when i try to click it then i got some like "dc" and i have to put id pw again and again again again happend to me each time that i wanna push submit ticket link.

like 40 minutes past and validation not comes and still waiting.

What should i do ?

What type of email have you used? like hotmail,yahoo etc.

I had similar problem, there is some mailbox provider called Walla and one day he stop getting emails from knightonline.. so i send a ticket to walla's support mail and they allowed me to get emails from this address

dunno how could it happend but this is yahoo.com and i typed yahoo.es wow i sent submite ticket and i say to koteam that fix my problem and i gave them the correct mail ( yahoo.com) i tried to create same id with yahoo.es but it said that it exist. well i am only waiting for "miracle" and hope to validation comes to yahoo.com

i had the same prob coz of the new yahoo mail

Just go on the older version of yahoo mail and resend validation mail and it should work
