that would never happen thinking every single dmg (except few ones such as drain and preist magic attacks) is randomised arund some numbers depending the ap.

You should do a test like, have to people of the same class with same AP/items etc attack a boss or mob at the same time and see who gets the drop.
But also by doing this there is the fact that someone could also out-combo someone and do more damage.

So I dunno tbh, I kinda agree with gaymanschrotti on this one unless it's drains and parties involved.

If, in some unexplainable way, two people were to do EXACTLY the same amount of damage, there probably would be no drop whatsoever.
