How to change Shield Image

Before I changed my file for lvl 70 shields to CS,now I would like to change it back..Anyone know how to do this?What do I need to rename it to and also what is the name for the CS?
So what I need is:

On your screen to u actually see a Player Shield or do u see the CS?
Need to know what u edited to change it back

who cares if you edit your tbl files, at the end you are the one who can see the changes in your client , but others cant, nd k2 cant too so...

they can see some tbl changes, spammeble counterstrik and speedhack,and the things you just can buy from npc´s whit edited tbl´s.

i cant tbl edit but do u know anywhere i can get tbl´s so i can looke like isiloon or something other cool when i using transformation scrolls ?

i saw someone had that tbl file on a forum but download link didn´t work,would be cool if just you could see urself as theous transformation charachters whitout buying them from pus :P
