I got a problem and need a suggestion.

anyhow. i was trying to buy premium for my account with my credit card.
when i completed to fill the details i clicked the button and then it said Page Cannot Be Displayed.
I've tried a couple of times more till it said that i passed the permissioned times of buying.
so i figured that i cannot buy premium.
anyhow. now i checked my visa billing and k2 took 3 times 19.95$ (silver premium) and i got no prem on my account.
any ideas what can i do? -.-

for example they charged me once i think 6 times for premium , with CC .
they just payed me back 5 times what that premium worths + the premium i bought .
