seams that you have that account bloked insted of bloking the account it self they just bloked that "char"

I made another char at another server and tryed to log at ..but was same..

When you are loggin in do you hit enter to select that char and log in or do you click because sometimes i click enter to fast and it dces me tell me if that helped

I've had a bug like this which dc's when you enter the char (not cuz you're in a zone like cz or abyss) but it never stops, was once on myko and once on usko and it NEVER solved, sorry to say :x it's kept like that for months till I gave up..
but doesnt mean you&#39;ve got the same problem so try to find help from CS (like that will work >.<)

Thats normally what happens when the account is being investigated for getting banned, atleast thats what got done to my rogue

its just new bug that k2 made for us

i created new account and i can&#39;t login this one.

in same time i can login my old one without any problems

- Make sure you auto-protect is turned off.
- Try the classic uninstall, delete, redownload, and reinstall, works 90% of the time.
- Send support tickets, might help
- Tweek with setting on your PC.

Other then that, not much you can do
