just send a ticket to costumer support. For this support k2 are actually doing a good job. i had same problem took them 8h after i sent ticket to fix it. so gogo send ticket

ask a friend to help you write out your tickets, maybe k2 not understand your english :P how did you pay for your premium, credit card, ESN ?
