this seems to me too fishy somehow...
In the ER event nobody turned in something so they made up a uber prize so people get jealous and think to partipicate in events.. but now that everybody knows this it could be possible that the ones who didn't give their necks but talked with the gm or so get rewarded, would be my idea and a nice one too xD

By asking a GM what you get - what to do. You are basically suggesting he is corrupt. So I'd expect damn sarcastic responses and bad advice.

eh can't complain too much, most got their necks free from the event, and i only paid 75mil for mine, that is what i make winning 1 eslant dungeon or so. so if i don't get an uber item for not being able to trade the royalcollector i'm not going to cry about it, either way the neck will be worth more now that the servers arn't flooded with them. just have to wait and see. also it's the coolest looking neck in the game, makes me feeling like a satanist wearing one haha.
