what exactly are you planning on doing by carpooling there? you think they just give out freebies for coming? they don't even have a live customer support desk there (they don't expect visitors). oh yeah, they don't offer tours either.

u even know what a hr manager does? i just mentioned above that they had no human resources department and their seeking of a manager is proof of it. you need experience and professional qualifications for everything on the list except GM (though they state they want experience, its hardly necessary). HR managers need degrees in their appropriate fields. you can't just walk in and say you can speak/write fluently thus deserve the job.

IMO, any member on this forum isn't intelligently adequate to apply for a professional job where they would have obvious bias and conflict of interest (includes me as well).

realistically, the mere fact that you played this game and know the ins and outs does not warrant influence to the degree that you are expecting it. its a mere +. the same + you would get if you showed up in dress pants instead of jeans.

im obviously not gonna carpool to irvine ( a 30+ minute drive) with a complete stranger i read about on a forum
the HR thing was a joke cause everyone always says that all k2 does is suck each others dicks hence the qualification "STRONG ORAL..."
obviously if ur on a knight online forum ur not adequate to do jackshit in ur life period.
and yea they dont pick gm's on how much u play KO...hence all the stupid gm's that run around seemingly with their pants down

I live near their office, and I drive by it every other weekend. So, I decided to check it out. Tank has it down perfectly. First off its like one day someone decided to drop random .5 square mile buildings all over the place and build roads around them. The place is a maze, and its very confusing just finding the correct building, then parking is even funier.

I managed to eventually find the building. I just walk up to a door with a labeled number over it. its not like you show up and it says Knight Online HQ, and you walk in to a cheery welcome. Tank has it down the way it is, its a work building where only certified workers get in.



Later I thought GM would be a nice job and filled out all their applications online and emailed them my resume and what not. I got an auto response saying they would respond tommorow becuase they are out of the office. 6 months later no response.

I am pretty sure they blocked my email because I don't even get auto responses now.

Just giving you a heads up not to waste your time, unless you manage to get a real human on a phone line to talk too you don't have a prayer.

I wouldn't waste a second on that company. Their customer support is bad from the inside out. When they did have "Open support lines" about two years ago they banned my account, I called in and gave a BS reason to unblock it and they did. Not saying I didn't appreciate it, and he spoke English so it was quite a good impression, he was a nice employee too, but their company won't be any better for employees then it is for players, unless your the man raking in all the $.
