You'll have to go to the NPC 10 minutes before the war actually starts if you want to be guaranteed (well, not really guaranteed..) to get in. The pop-up only appears last 4:50 minutes or so.

U must go and shout every where that border 35-45 is now if u want have rivals that works for me on girakon. And this is fuking bullshit my 2 chars are bugged.One is 45 warrior and other 44 priest and i can get inside coz lvl is too high high... that was really fun when i spamed ppl 350+ with 200 % skill and runing with 800+ ac :P
