When you make the ticket asking for the trina, make sure you put which character/server you want it on!!!

Took 12 days for them to give me mine.

dont know if this happend to you, but when i redid prem for my wife's char, she couldnt find a trina at first, then she noticed a blank spot @ inventory w/ a little #1 at the bottom corner. (invisible trina) when she clicks on it, it says gold premium.

I have the same blank spot with the #1 in my, and my wife's inventory, after I redid our gold premium; but I don't think that is the same as a trina. I have put in a CS ticket on both accounts, no response yet. Paid by cc btw, I refuse to use the click and buy system; paypal ftw
