Wheres my trina?

I bought gold premium and received no trina. I reported it twice, each time they just told me they were going to pass it onto higher powers, etc. that would take care of it.

I still have this shit in my inn and no trina (empty box next to shield with a 1 in it like a stackable item has).

Gold Premium and Trinas

Dear Gold Premium Members of Knight Online,

The issue of Trinas not being sent to Gold Premium purchasers has been resolved and we will implement a patch later tonight to fix it.

In addition, during the maintenance window tomorrow (Tuesday, 5 PM PST) we will also be sending back Trinas through the in-game mailbox system to Gold Premium members who did not receive their Trinas the first time.
