What is going to happen after I'll get lvl 83? Will I get lvl 84 then?
Should I keep lvling?

You'll be 100% of lvl 83, you won't get 84 until KO release the patch that enables it

I'd keep going, when you see 100% your gaining more percentage to 84 and don't believe if they tell you 83 is max... Just like it has been said that's 83 is max numerous times before.
