Yep yep, individually. But when you get a full set you get additional bonuses such as HP bonus health stat extra bonus for str, dex etc (depending on class) and resists.

And how is it when don't have the full set, only 2-3-4 parts? Do they give u extra bonuses?

you get for every additional part of mythril/trial/rons etc, some kind of bonus.
obviously 5 parts bonus is at most. but i can remember, when you go from 2 parts to 3 you lose gr/fr/lr to gain pr/cr for example.

man thats some crazy shit, already on dies i have seen a orc warrior with +9 pauldron
