You need more information then ESN Code for stolen acc.

Not very much more, though. Say you've got the login but no password......along with a bunch of codes. Then you send in a ticket from a separate account and say that you've forgotten all the other info to the account, then supply the login and all the codes. They might just give out the password. I don't know that for sure, but I'm just saying it a risk. Having someone out there that knows a bunch of esn codes that were used on your account is NOT helping with your account security.
