Md is a high class item and cleaver is middle class.. I guess they're pretty much even..

lot of ppl are thinking that basic high class (or uniqs) make higher amount of damage in pk
that's why ppl prefer shard+8 (101ap 80 poison) and not cleaver+9 (102 ap 90 poison)
