Helis - A fail safe attack that inflicts 250 % dmg and additional 400 dmg that disregards opponents defence.
Without element in weapon and 0 AP AVERAGE dmg is ( or should be ) 400. Im not sure if 10 % and 15 % defence skills do work against it.
Average dmg = 2.5 x AP x ( defence reduce factor ) x ( 10% or 15 % skill effect ) + 400 x ? ( 10% or 15 % skill effect ) + ( element dmg)
Im not sure about the Maximum dmg because havent been testing it... should be something like 1.5 times average.
One bp was hitting me for 650 with that dam skill when I have 1060 ac
