why i cant do prem with PayPal

hi .,, i want to do prem to my acc. .. and when i prees via paypal in game ... its just tell to wait ..
and nothing happend
and throw web its dont work .. so what can i do ??

I think they already fixed this. When USD are involved they can act pretty fast ^^. Anyway check the website.
