1- They do have overseas offices in Turkey and pretty much all the internet cafes sells esn codes or gbs etc.
2- You have no idea how many times i wondered tht question too xD but back in the days like 3-4 years ago player rate was insane in Turkey, now not many plays ko cuz some other Turkish-language based on games popped up so thy moved there.
3- Idk about tht tho war/blood/team work/bravery etc brings back old times where countries fight over lands and shiit and capture when thy beat so it kinda brings those memories back. They really do like there history and proud of tht so ud see clans called Ottoman Empire pretty much all the servers except cwest.

And no Turks r white too =))

    Group behaviour.
Perhaps also the usage of internet café's in general and the availability of ko in internet café's, combined with the low system requirements.

It escalates because most online games aren't really attractive for most turkish people who don't know a fair amount of english. In knight online there is such a big turkish community they can enjoy the game nearly fully without even having to know english

To poor to afford computers that could run real games + crappy internet so mabye ko was the only game they could play ?
I think most mmo games used to be world wide so it has nothing to do whit beaing first in turkey.

I met other turks when playing wow that havn't heard about KO and some of them saying it's a shitty game etc so im not sure how popular it really is.
