I think the lag is probably from the patch that makes it so you can only play from the country in which you registered.
they probably have an ACL on there routers that have to check to see where every connection is from. They add all this stuff without beefing up their servers.
And since it just started, they have to deal with every single account at once, instead of just the new registers.

Not to mention that now the game is tied in with GamersFirst. So if GamersFirst has server lag, that will cause KO to have some lag everytime someone visits the PUS.

The more crap they add, the harder it is on the servers and we all know that K2 would rather add another world then add more servers to existing worlds.
