Exp Prem + genie can do wonders to level you up, preferably use Genie after level 70. They have made it fairly simple to level these days, I still have a bulk of my quests left at 80 and ED still keeps taking my % away!

i didn't ask how to level up to 80, i know how easy it is myself, and that's why i don't understand why risk money for a char that might even get scammed.

People dont wanna exp there char to max level, so they buy an account and take their chances... and as sephiroth pointed out, there are still honest ppl in the community... gotta be lucky enough to meet the right guy i guess

even the "honest" ones in the community, can screw you later by just reporting the account being stolen and as he knows all the infos there is nothing that would stop it. They shut the account down due investigation. Steam made it sure you can't just go and steal account like you would in KO normally. Many ways to recovery it, etc. Just waste of times, honest or scumbag doesn't matter all have a means to do it.

why wouldn't they? because steam made it extremely easy to recovery stolen accounts, but in this case sold account. 1 usd or 5000 usd trades, don't mean they are legit.

I would level my own account as well, always did... but i can understand some people wanna get to pk immedialtely. Its their choice, but a risky one indeed.
