thats what I remember hearing last time the KWC came around...is that the JPKO/KOKO players knew what weapons did what and we hadn't been introduced to them so...that gave them a slight advantage...enough for them to win apparently

JPKO was at the same stage as USKO during the time of the last KWC. The only thing that mattered was that there were 1300 JPKO players vs 700 USKO players.

There was a DC incident during the USKO vs KOKO round. Halfway through the war they simply announced that they are restarting the server and preserving the current score (in which KOKO had 4 times as many points as USKO already). And of course after restart they could go to the undefended warders and keeper easily.

Then why is it that USKO usually loses both rounds?

was because they were used to playing with items we had no clue about...i.e. cursed items, drag sets, etc etc...

but now we can match them...very little chance they can win i imagine...

anyone know if these times are PST, GMT, EST...? if theyre EST...I can finally have fun

I don't know what time zone it is, but according to the site on JPKO:
練習日(サーバー開放) ： 9/10　20：00～21:00（サーバーOPEN 19時、Close 22時）
1戦目(日本vs韓国) ： 9/15　20：00～21:00（サーバーOPEN 19時、Close 22時）
2戦目(韓国vsアメリカ) ： 9/16　20：00～21:00（サーバーOPEN 19時、Close 22時）
3戦目(日本vsアメリカ) ： 9/17　20：00～21:00（サーバーOPEN 19時、Close 22時）

I suppose these times are Japanese time (UTC+9).
KOKO also has the same times posted (see ::: MGame 신나는 인터넷 놀이터 ::::).
Comparing to this, K2's times are UTC+25 which doesn't make sense.

but last time, If I recall correctly, they gave GMT +0 or +1 time... It was something like 11am-3pm

No idea what client they will run. But 2 out of 3 clients do INT AP.

I heard it was absent from JPKO for 3 days.

Taken a few minutes ago.
(The difference in AC is because I did this by unequipping a quest armor that has 10 INT bonus on it.)
