the best build is enough int for staff and new armor and then rest to mp

use flame rings iron neck glass belt and earing with high def and hp

youll own

Trust me , no paper mage with 8-9k hp will die in 3 hits , especially with IN and IB +3 lol.
And atzec gold fullitol requires no int , that's why paper owns with it.

Use dual flame rings so you can hit harder
Ep+3 gives you a ton more health than an IN 3 and you dont get hit that much harder

These are all unbuffed stats so you can add on the 2k hp 350 def etc..

ive been there on practice and trust me we were good

1k~1.2k dmg with nova and 800~950 with fire staff

FR +3 have 75 flame dmg + 12 mp

so dual = 150 fr bonus and 24mp..

its better then rof which gives only 20 mp (ya it give more def and str but don't need it)
