I missed the last chapionship due to work. So when we enter for battle we can buy items with coin provided from game? Do we get to set our skills and stats?
yes... you get a lvl83 character with unset skills/stats and you have to buy items from NPCs - you get 3GBs to do this (items are sold for the same price as they are bought, so you can easily buy and sell them)
The exact setup is unknown.
But KoK reports it as new level 83 everyday.
Stat Points 592(302 is normal)
Skill Points 148(normal).
300 million Noah to buy items which NPC will sell at +8.
The character will be deleted everyday. And its achievements like NP wont add up.
Dates and times. All dates reported by KoK are 1 less day than USKO reports. So practice time for JPKO and USKO are probably same day. Because the versus have to be same time.
Time slot is always 3am-6am PDT. And 11am-2pm GMT(+1),
you'll get 592 when you add basic stats to these 302 :P
as for the times, I hope they won't change
I will of course check in about 2 hours. But I expect tommorow to be test day.
There is no excuse for dates to be confused.
At the time of the event US, Europe, Korea and Japan have the same calendar date.
So which GMT time does K2 follow for the championship?
In GMT 10am - 1pm.
in BST 11am - 2pm
in PDT 3am - 6am
The launcher does currently run - but does not accept the account. Maybe they are adding them now.
No idea why you want the time in Greenwich. I live 10 miles from Greenwich and its British Summer time there as well.

Its possible the test day is tommorow. And MGame are just fixing stuff today.
If you run USKO after running Global your USKO will patch wrongly.
So be aware - you could end up no test day and having to re-install.
