well i think acessories can only reach 5+. So im guessing anything higher = back to 0+

its a visual bug see they guy beside him has giga axe its probly +7 he traded saw the giga then traded and saw the wp and it bugged and still showed the +7 just like when theres a rare and an upgradeable item in a merchant and you can get a yellow name with purple upgrade item thing. its just a visual bug B)

I heard this means that its GM implemented, not sure where i read that though.

Multiple people saw the IN+7, which was in merchant, not trade, so no way of visually bugging it with another item.
