A letter has 7 days to be recieved and accepted by the other person. If they havn't accepted it by then, both the letter/item are deleted

you could always try customer support... or for similar support try talking to your nearest wall

Well customer support didn't help me at all.. They just gave me some automatic reply with 10 pages of text

All u gotta do is make a char with the name of what you sent it to and you should get the letter there

i dont think the letter is deleted after 7 days...i sent 1 of my chars a ring by mail and cos i dont play my mage much it sat there for over 1 month but wen i logged on with that char the mail was still there..so idk if things get deleted or sent back

yea.. on beta i sent a +8 except. II and it was to a non-exsistant char.. i made that char and recieved the items

trust me they don't go away mr moderator saying they did.. i have a letter in my CL's mail box with over 160 hp pots, and she can't get them because she is a rogue *oops*

I'm just going by what I read, not by experience since I tend to not mail my items to wrong people
