Yes they do 100% but they are usually rare drops. However, it seems like they run in a row, like for a couple hrs nuttn, then Rappy, Deep Scar, Durandal...then nothing again for a while...I think ur way better off doing DM or Troll Shaman etc...

I got one time Iron impact others just soul potions or middle / low class items , well sometimes shells aswell.
