my friend / clannie got screwed by KO and i wanna share this with u all...

i just got banned from usko for no reason and i wanna know why. I was in KondiPl party at hobgoblin. He was helping get my second character 60+. then i got dc and banned for 3:e party tools. i found it strange since i was not attacking hobgoblin and had no 3:e party tool on my computer. I wanna know the reason why i got banned on my lvl 80 mage account. i payed too much in this game and get banned for nothing. If there is no reason for bann i wanna get unbanned. i lvl to lvl 80 on my mage 2 days ago. And i dont wanna quit USKO

I'm afraid there's not much you can do, you could try to keep making tickets, but after a while they'll close them without even looking at them. Then you could make new accounts and make tickets there. Your best shot is to do that, there's nothing else you can do really...Sorry for your loss

You were exping with a guy that was Using 3rd Party tools or something this is the only thing I can think of.

But you could talk with the GM in game maybe..

It's hilarious how some people get banned for "3rd party tool usage" when farming or exping a lot on common mobs (GM was there, saw you for 5 min and since you're focused on killing instead of typing in the chat window) but when you see a speed hacker, wall hacker, archer hacker (shower, running with max power shot, etc.) GMs don't see a shit, customer support asks you for DNA samples, eye scan, finger prints, video, picture and any other proofs that turns into an irrational lame ass shitty behavior from them. And nothing is done, why? because that's not enough proof

that's BS dude, screw k2!

I bet you knew that this was gonna happen someday. Everyone is gonna get screwed over by K2 one way or another.
I quit KO because the lack of the customer support. All you can do is to try to contact GM ingame. He'll probably just say "I dont understand, I don't speak english" or he'll just block his private messages.

k2 just sucks badly, be happy that they replied you, when i sent cs tickets i didnt even got any reply.
