    this always happens on new servers, it takes over the database or something from an older server, or the first ~50 chars created get a symbol.

    Back in the day you could take the #1 np holders name of the previous released server and you would get dragon symbol. Also you could take the old King's name and you'd be king. But that's fixed now.

    Didn't it use to be a bug with NCS? If you NCSed to someone elses name you got his char+ items, and he got your lvl 1 char?

    What it is, if someone takes a name from a server before (such as akara)

    They get the NP symbol untill they update, its just a bug
