You said when you login in after 2 mins you get the message. So something is being detected thats why all the Nice people that tried to help you suggested the anti virus and ini folder. The part where you can able to log in doesn't really matter just suggestes thats its either a False detection or Random Message like the failed registered user one. People were trying to help you stop getting the Message.
