From either someone who will Dupe one for you or from a GM.

There are crazier rare/yellow items than this on the Usko Database but nobody has seen them yet, aside of people with private servers.

all these DD cap u see are actually only 1 helmet exist in Bera but worn by 10 different guys

same with the II +10 there is only 1 in server and worn by 20 different dude

same with the MS +10 so dont get that much surprised

go check Ares, Cypher and the other servers and u will be surprised there since if u have less than +9 set u will be pwnd
