Very BIZZARE (strange,weird, uncommon) adventure

well, I am wondering about this happening....

I know a guy, he started to play KE year ago, at same time as me, his ingame nick is CrnaC (lvl 62 human archer on DIEZ), and few days ago he was banned with reply from Greenster that his acc will never be unbanned again, and reply from CS that he was banned becouse of duping.

Now this guy CrnaC plays KE from my studio in room next to mine (he actually works for me and in spare time I alow my employes to play), he never payed premium, and he didnt much communicate with other ingame ppl.

So as I explained in front of this topic he was banned with explanation from CS that he was banned due to duping, I talked to him and he said he didnt do any dupe, my opinion is same as far as I know him I am almost 100% sure that he didnt.

Now I am wondering how secure our accounts are?
Or could that happen to me or some1 else?
And why CS dont give more explanations on reply, not just "Acc is banned becouse of duping" ?
